Driving simulation was part of the first morning of Design Thinkers Camp: Innovate, Design & Optimize, held at the University of Louisville on July 7–8, 2026. On July 7, MINDxAI Lab members welcomed high school students into the lab for a hands-on session led by the research team.

Day One in the Lab

Tuesday, July 7 · 9:15–11:45 a.m.

Two consecutive groups visited the driving simulator during the morning session. The lab activity formed one part of the two-day camp, alongside the broader program of engineering activities and tours.

Moajjem Hossain Chowdhury led the demonstration, with assistance from Udit Kumar Das. Dr. Yunmei Liu coordinated the lab's participation. Thanks to Moajjem and Udit for sharing the lab's work with young people exploring engineering and for making time to support this summer outreach activity.
