On August 4, 2024, Dr. Yunmei Liu was appointed Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems (THMS).

As a member of the journal's editorial board, Dr. Liu supports the peer-review process by coordinating expert reviews, evaluating manuscripts, and preparing recommendations for the Editor-in-Chief.

THMS publishes research on human-machine systems, including cognitive ergonomics, system evaluation, and human information processing.
